ABS IT system migration

On Thursday June 16, ABS will be upgrading its IT systems to improve customer service and further increase its service level on delivering high quality brake, wheel bearing and steering and suspension parts. This project has been carefully prepared and planned with a dedicated team of ABS and IT professionals.

Due to this migration some order systems will be temporary unavailable. Below you’ll find the details:

Brake pads 35327

This week ABS releases brake pads for the front axle of the 2019 Mazda 3; 35327.

The 2019 Mazda 3 is the fourth generation of the model. It was unveiled in November 2018 at the Los Angeles Auto Show and the ASEAN premiere at the Singapore Motor Show.

Stabilizer rubber 274074

This week ABS is introducing a stabilizer rubber 274074 for the rear side of the Subaru Impreza (third generation).  Currently we can offer the axial rod 240489, tie rod end 230442, stabilizer link bars 260527 (front) 260743 (rear), ball joint 220277 and the lower front control arms 212091 and 212092 for this application.  

Track control arm 212365 

This week ABS is releasing a track control arm for the 2014 version or sixt generation of the Iveco Daily vans; 212365. 

The Iveco Daily was first introduced in 1978. This first generation also has been sold as Alfa Romeo AR8 and Fiat Daily. This successful van has been on the market for more than forty years and the latest version was even styled by Giugiaro. 

Brake disc 18754 

This week ABS releases a front brake disc for Mercedes Benz C and E class; 18754. It is a 360 mm perforated single cast brake disc. ABS offers this single cast disc as an alternative to the OE disc which has a steel hub. 

Stabilizer rubber 274077

This week ABS releases a stabilizer rubber for the 1998 generation Nissan Patrol; 274077. The 1998 Y61 is the fifth generation of this iconic car. The latest generation Y62 was introduced in 2010. 

The Patrol has been available since 1951. Between 1988 and 1994, Ford Australia marketed the Patrol as the Ford Maverick. In some European countries, such as Spain, the Patrol was marketed by Ebro as the Ebro Patrol.  

Track control arm 212270

This week ABS releases a track control arm for BMW; 212270. Together with item 212271 these are lower front arms for the 2019 BMW 3 series Xdrive models.

Wheel hub unit 201194

This week ABS releases a rear wheel hub unit; 201194. This hub unit fits on multiple models of VAG cars. It will fit on the 2019 Audi A1 Sportback, the 2017 Seat Arona and Ibiza, the 2019 Skoda Kamiq and Scala, The 2018 VW Polo and T cross.

All of these cars are built on the Volkswagen Group MQB A0 platform. The Volkswagen Group MQB platform is the company's strategy for shared modular design construction of its transverse, front-engine, front-wheel-drive layout (optional front-engine, four-wheel-drive layout) automobiles.

Track control arm 212245

This week ABS releases a track control arm for the latest BMW 6/7 series X drive; 212245. The aluminium arm is part of the front suspension. Other arms for the front suspension 212246, 212028 and 212029 are also available.

The G11/G12 is the sixth generation of 7 Series, which has been in production since 2015. G11 is the codename for the short-wheelbase model, the extended wheelbase model is codenamed G12 and designated with an additional L letter.

Splash panel 11263

This week ABS releases a splash panel for the VW 1302/ beetle / Kaefer; 11263. 
There is also a version for the beetles with brake drums on the front axle; 11359. Although these applications are old there still is a large fan community for these cars

Splash panel 11503

This week ABS releases a splash panel for the front brakes of the 2011 generation Kia Rio.

Item 11503 ( other side 11504) protects the disc and other brake components against road dirt and splashing water.

Handbrake compensator mechanism 96470

This week ABS releases a handbrake compensator mechanism for the 1997 generation Mercedes A class.

Caliper 530502C3

This week ABS releases another batch of coloured brake calipers. Featuring this week is caliper 530502C3, a red caliper for the front axle of Ford Fiesta (Generation 2009).

Wheel bearing hub unit 201908

This week ABS releases a wheel bearing hub unit for the Hyundai Kona / Ioniq; 201908. It is a complete unit, including the wheel speed sensor, for the rear axle.

The Hyundai Kona is a subcompact crossover SUV (B-segment) produced by the South Korean manufacturer Hyundai. 

Brake caliper 423261

This week ABS is introducing a single piston brake caliper for the front axle left hand side (ABS ref 423261) for the Honda HR-V generation 2015.

The other side (ABS ref 423262) is also available in our range. The Honda HR-V is a subcompact crossover SUV. HR-V stands for “Hi-rider Revolutionary Vehicle”.

Track control arm 212350

This week ABS releases a track control arm for the rear axle of the 2018 generation MB Sprinter; 212350.

For decades the Mercedes Sprinter has been available in only rear wheel drive. The 2018 version is the first series that makes front drive available to the MB Sprinter series.

Wheel bearing 201882

This week ABS releases a wheel bearing unit for Renault/Nissan; 201882. The item is found on the Renault Kadjar, Scenic, Talisman and the Nissan Qashqai. It is a hub unit for the front axle.

The Renault Kadjar is a compact crossover SUV (C-segment) manufactured and marketed by Renault, developed with the second generation Nissan Qashqai/Rogue Sport.

Track control arm 212056

This week ABS introduces a track control arm for the rear axle of the 2014 Fiat 500X / 2015 Jeep Renegade; 212056. This steel arm is one of the many components that make up the rear suspension.

The Fiat 500X (Type 334) is a subcompact crossover SUV manufactured and marketed by Stellantis (formerly Fiat Chrysler Automobiles), since its debut at the 2014 Paris Motor Show.

Track control arm 210068

This week ABS introduces a track control arm for the Jaguar F-Pace and Range Rover Velar; 210068.

210068 is the upper control arm for the right hand side, item 210021 is the upper arm for the left hand side. If you are looking for the lower arms; these are items 212259 and 212260.

Front calipers 423311 and 423312

This week ABS is introducing the front calipers ABS ref 423311 and 423312 for A Jaguar F-Pace for 17 inch wheels. It is concerning a floating 1 piston 60mm brake caliper.

For 18 inch wheels we have the front calipers 422621 and 422622 available.

The Jaguar F-Pace is a midsized SUV propelled by either petrol or diesel engines ranging from 120 to 405 kW.

Wheel hub 201911

This week ABS releases a rear wheel hub for the 2013 2^nd generation (2013) Ford Kuga; 201911.

The Ford Kuga is a compact crossover SUV (C-segment) manufactured by Ford since 2008 mainly for the European market. Both front-wheel drive and four-wheel drive are offered.

Rear track control arm 212323

This week ABS releases a rear track control arm for Hyundai; 212323. This item is for the 2005 generation of the Hyundai Sonata.

The Hyundai Sonata is a mid-size car that has been manufactured by Hyundai since 1985.

Brake drum 2949-S

This week ABS releases the brake drum 2949-S for the 2014 generation Suzuki Celerio.

Prior to being developed as a standalone model from second-generation onwards, the "Celerio" nameplate was first used for the rebadged Alto/A-Star in some markets between 2008 and 2013.

Brake caliper 430741

This week ABS releases the coloured version of the brake caliper 430741; 430741C2

The addition “C2” means this is the black coated version of this brake caliper.  The brake caliper for the other side; 430742C2 will also be released.

Brake pad 35318

This week ABS releases a brake pad for the front axle of the 2017 Kia Picanto; 35318.

This Mando system pad is for the models with 13”wheels. The 2017 model of the Kia Picanto is the third generation of this car that made its official global debut at the 2017 Geneva Motor Show. 

Track control arm 212316

This week ABS releases a steel track control arm for the 2019 Renault Clio models; 212316.
The track control arm for the other side 212315 will be released shortly together with more steering and suspension parts for this car model.

Brake master cylinder 41336

This week ABS releases a brake master cylinder for the 2011 generation Toyota Yaris; item 41336. This item is specifically for the cars made in France/with ESP, using a start-stop system. Simultaneously ABS releases a brake master cylinder for these cars without ESP, not using a start-stop system; 41339.

The 2011 or third generation of the Toyota Yaris is the latest series of the car. There are models of the 2011 generation that were only introduced in 2014 or 2018.

Brake pads 35317

This week ABS releases the front brake pads for the 2019 Suzuki Jimny; Item 35317.

The Suzuki Jimny is a four-wheel drive off-road mini SUV, manufactured and marketed by Japanese automaker Suzuki since April 1970, now in its fourth generation. Suzuki has marketed 2.85 million Jimnys in 194 countries of the generations one, two and three.

Secondary handbrake cable K10053

This week ABS release a secondary handbrake cable for the 2016 generation Hyundai Tucson and Kia Sportage; K10053. This cable K10053 is for the right hand side. Earlier ABS released cable K10050 for the left hand side. Similar in length but with different bracketry.

The 2016 version of the Kia Sportage is the fourth generation of this popular model. Kia unveiled its newly redesigned Sportage at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September 2015, and brought it to market in 2016 (as a 2017 model in North America).  The company said the contrasting sharp edges and smooth surfaces were inspired by modern fighter jets. Incidentally the fourth generation Sportage was also sold in China as the Kia KX5.

Wheel speed sensor 32032

This week ABS is releasing a wheel speed sensor 32032 (right side) for a Mercedes-Benz C-Series (gen 2015/ W205). The left hand side sensor is available under number 32031. We offer various items for this application  such as a complete package for the front and rear side of the braking system (brake calipers, pads and discs).

Brake disc splash panel 11211

This week ABS is releasing a brake disc splash panel for the 2007 version or fourth generation of the Iveco Daily vans; 11211. An often overlooked part that has an important role in protecting the brake disc and other components of the brake system. In many countries it is part of the annual vehicle checkup and it must not only be present but also undamaged.

Brakedisc 18844

This week ABS releases a new front brake disc for the 2018 Ford Focus models; 18844. The 308 mm diameter disc is for the models with a multilink rear suspension ( which carries rear disc 18700, 302 mm). For the models with a semi-rigid axle there is front disc 18747 (282 mm) with the rear disc 18739 (271 mm).

Ball Joint 220713

This week ABS is releasing a ball joint for Lexus; 220713. The ball joint for the other side 220714 will soon be available. The item is used on various Lexus GS and RC models from 2012 onwards. The particular thing about this ball joint is that it has two pivoting points instead of the usual one.

ABS sensor 31955

This week ABS is releasing an ABS sensor for the 2009-2014 Subaru Outback; item 31955. Together with this item, which is for the front axle, items 31956 and 31957 for the rear axle  are also released. These are all active sensors. They retrieve their signal from the ring with magnetic fields which is integrated in the wheel bearing units. These items 201374 for the front axle and 201517 for the rear axle are also available from stock.

Brake hose SL 1146

This week ABS is introducing a brake hose SL 1146 for the rear side of the VW Amarok for applications with 17 inch wheels. The Amarok is the first large pick-up which Volkswagen added to their range. The Amarok is 5.25 meters long with a cargo capacity of 2,25 square meters, one of the largest in its class. 

Stabiliser connection rods 260936 / 260397

This week ABS is introducing 2 stabiliser connection rods 260936 / 260397 for the front side of the BMW 3 Series generation 2019 (G20).  It is concerning the 7th version of the 3-series the sedan version is none under code name G20 and the touring version under code name G21.

Brake caliper 423131 and 423132

ABS is introducing new brake calipers for the Alfa Romeo Giulia, a real Italian beauty. The brake calipers are equipped with a EPB motor for the electronical handbrake. The ATE system brake calipers have a piston with a diameter of 42 mm.

Speed sensor 30028

This week ABS is introducing a new speed sensor for the Isuzu D-max with reference number 30028. The wheel speed sensor is for the 2012 generation D-Max.

Brake caliper 422721

This week ABS is releasing a rear (hand) brake caliper for the 2016 generation Fiat Tipo; item 422721 The caliper for the other side is already available under item number 422722.

Other brake parts for this car are also available from stock. Front calipers 630151 and 630152. Front discs and pads 18585 and 35147, rear discs and pads 18204 (steel wheels), 18391 (alloy wheels) and pads 35079. Steering parts are covered by rod ends 231096, stabilizer connector 261038, ball joints 220640 and track control arms 211903 /211904.

Wheel speed sensor 32137

This week ABS releases a wheel speed sensor for Audi; 32137. It is fitted on (amongst others) the rear axle of the 2019 Audi e-tron Quattro. Brake discs and pads for this car are also available. Discs 18722 (375 mm) and 18685 (400 mm) at the front, combined with pads 35125 or 35309. Disc 18493 (350 mm) and pads 35113 at the rear. ABS also offer a wide range of steering and suspension parts for these models.

Axial joint 240836

This week ABS releases the axial joint 240836 for the 2018 Mercedes Sprinter FWD models. It is one of the first steering- and suspension parts for these cars in the range of ABS.

Currently in production are the steering ball joints 230423 and 230455, the front suspension bushes 271916 and 271917 and the track control arms 212021/212022.

Brake caliper 422581

This week ABS is releasing a brake caliper with electronic parking brake for Jaguar /Landrover. Item 422581 (and 422582 for the other side) is a brake caliper for the rear axle of Jaguar F-pace and XE/XF series. It is also found on Landrover Discovery Sport, Evoque and Velar.

Wheel brake cylinder 42036

This week ABS is releasing a wheel brake cylinder for the 2002 generation Honda Jazz. Item 42036 is for the cars equipped with ABS as supplied in the BeNeLux. Inner diameter is 15,9 mm whereas the cylinder 72973 for non BeNeLux models measures 17,5 mm. 

Brake master cylinder 41150

This week ABS is releasing a brake master cylinder for the Toyota Hilux; 41150. It completes the range of brake master cylinders for the 2005 generation Toyota Hilux. This is an aluminum master cylinder of 20.64 mm inner diameter with 2 connections. There is a full range of hydraulic parts for these models available from stock.

Wheel speed sensor 32034

This week ABS is releasing a wheel speed sensor 32034 for the 2015 models Smart ForTwo and ForFour. 32034 is the sensor for the front axle. On the rear you will need sensors 32035 and 32036.

For these cars ABS has a full range of brake parts; discs, pads, splash panels, drums, shoes, etc. Steering parts for both models area also available and although both cars look different they share a lot of these parts. 

Control arm 212238

This week ABS is releasing a rear control arm for Mercedes Benz / Maybach. The aluminium control arm 212238 is part of the rear suspension. Together with the lower arm 212237 and the top arms 210090/210091 this forms the bulk of the rear suspension.

Track control arm 212285

This week ABS releases the track control arm 212285. The aluminum arm is meant for the 2015 generation Jaguar XE and XF models. 212285 is one of the lower arms, for both left- and right hand side. Combined with the upper arms 212219 or 212220 and lower arms 212283 and 212284 this forms the front suspension. Apart from these suspension parts there are also the axial rod 240826, the tie rod ends 212217 / 212218 and the stabilizers 260916 / 260917.

Brake disc 18824

This week ABS is releasing a new brake disc for Tesla model S and Model X. Disc 18824 is a pillar vented disc for the rear axle of these cars. It can be completed with pads set 35052 for Brembo system cars or pads 35316 for Mando system cars. For the front axle there are disc 18519 and pads 37587.

Track control arms 212241/212242

This week ABS is releasing track control arms for the 2016 Toyota Prius. The items 212241/212241 are left and right control arms in steel. At the moment ABS can also supply the track rod end 231123/231124 and ball joint 220303. The range of steering and suspension parts will be further expanded. Discs and pads for this car are also available. Front; 18611 and 37755, Rear 18052 and 37580.

Accessory kit 0953Q

This week ABS releases an accessory kit for Iveco Daily; 0953Q.

Although “Kit” is a big word in this case. 0953Q is a bolt. A special 10.9 grade bolt to mount the brake pads. Although often re-usable the bolts best are replaced when replacing the pads. 0953Q combined with kit 1657Q gives you all the accessories needed for a full replacement.

Brake pad set 35292

This week ABS is releasing the brake pad set 35292. A brake pad for the front axle of the 2020 John Cooper Works GP, F56 Mini. As this is relatively new car the asymmetrical front discs for this pocket rocket are still under development. The rear axle needs pads 32037 and discs 18429, brake calipers for the rear axle are 531851/531852.

Track control arm 210705

ABS releases the bottom track control arm for the Tesla model S (210705). This aluminium arm completes the front suspension parts. Together with the upper track control arms 210190/210191 and the lower control arms 211356/ 211357 ABS now offers a full range.

Track control arm 212011

This week ABS releases a front track control arm for the 2007 Jeep Wrangler. The upper arm 212011 is released  this week. The lower arm 212082 is still under development. Steering parts for this car are completed by the stabilizer 261082, ball joints 220625/220626 and the rod ends 231132/231133.

Brake shoes set 9378

This week ABS releases the brake shoes set 9378. This set is intended for the 2014 Renault Twingo / 2015 Smart Forfour.

On the Renault there is a choice between 2 different sets. The shoes 9378 / drum 2936-S are for cars with a start/stop system. Cars without this system have shoes 9365 and drum 2935-S. The Smart always uses 9378/2936-S.

Control arm 210642

This week ABS is releasing a track control arm for the 2017 models VW Crafter /MAN TGE light commercial vehicles. Item 210642 (together with item 201637, expected may 2021) is a heavy duty track control arm for these vans.

The regular track control arms 210643/210645 are already on stock. ABS also supplies the ball joint 220678 and  stabilizers 261113/261114. Steering is covered through axial rod 240789 and the rod ends 231112/231113.

In addition ABS also has a range of brake parts for these vans. Discs 18622 at the front axle and 18612 or 18631 at the rear axle. Pads 35203 or 35204 for the front, 35259 or 35204 at the rear.

Brake disc splash shields 11189/11190

This week ABS is releasing 2 new brake disc splash shields for the rear disc brakes of the Renault Megane Phase 1. These cars were produced from 1996 to 2008. You might think that as these cars are older there is no real need to introduce new items. 

Stabilizer connector 260943

This week ABS introduces a new stabilizer connector for Tesla model S; 260943

For the Model S ABS offers a number of steering and suspension parts. The front track control arms 210190/210191 in steel for the earlier models. For the later models the aluminum control arms 212012/212013.

Wheel speed sensor 31875

This week ABS releases the wheel speed sensor 31875.

It is a sensor for the Range Rover Evoque models from 2011 to 2019, more specifically the one for the rear axle on models without park assist. 

Stock counting NIeuwegein (NL)

Master brake cylinder 41050

This week ABS releases a new master brake cylinder for the Toyota RAV4 models from 2006 to 2013. The item 41050 is the final item to be added to the lineup of master cylinders for these cars. ABS now offers a total of 4 different brake master cylinders for both the automatic and manual transmission versions of this Toyota RAV4.

Master clutch cylinder 51781

This week ABS is releasing a plastic master clutch cylinder (51781) for a.o. the Nissan Qashqai 1.2 DIG-T from 2014 onwards.

The use of plastics for this type of cylinders has grown over the last years. Advantages are that more complex shapes can be realized using plastics and the part will be lighter than a similar part made out of metal.

Hub caps

To ensure long service life of a wheel bearing, protection against moisture and dirt is essential. In addition to the rubber seals, a hub cap or dust cover is often used.

Caliper 522771C3

This week ABS is releasing two new coloured brake calipers. These are part of a comprehensive range of ABS coloured calipers for cars that come factory equipped with these. The ABS code is made up of the standard item code plus a code for the colour. C1 for blue, C2 for black and C3 for red.

At the moment there are 16 items available (8 sets). ABS will gradually further develop the range.

Actuators

The EPB brake calipers are a growing range of products. Because it is not always necessary to replace the brake caliper and the EPB motor, we are expanding the group of brake caliper repair sets.

Since sometimes only the unit with the electric motor (actuator or control element) is defective, the customer saves time and money by not replacing the complete brake caliper.
